Students of class VII explored the relationship between the sides of a right triangle using the working model.
This model is filled with quite beautiful blue-colored beads that can flow back and forth between the literal squares on each side of the triangle. There are just enough beads to fill the largest square, and because of the Pythagorean theorem, this number of beads is necessarily also exactly the right amount to fill the two smaller squares. By tipping the model in different direction they see this equivalence in action.
The child should be ward of Army Personnel and minimum of 5 years for admission in First Class.
